APS DPP Annual Meeting

Attendees of any APS in-person or virtual events are expected to meet standards of professional conduct as described in the APS Code of Conduct. Violations of these standards may disqualify people from future participation.

Conference Hotel

Choosing the DPP-designated hotel helps to offset meeting costs by ensuring that the contracted-discount room-block threshold is met. Not meeting the contracted-discount room block revokes the facility discounts applied to DPP's cost of meeting space and facilities. Attendees are encouraged to choose the designated hotel.

*Guest room rate is subject to change. DPP attendees receive the current government rate for hotel rooms in Chicago at the time of the meeting, based on the GSA's Fiscal Year 2027 (Oct. 1, 2026 - Sept. 30, 2027) rate schedule. The GSA will likely confirm the rate for FY 2027 by mid-August 2026.
