Attendees of any APS in-person or virtual events are expected to meet standards of professional conduct as described in the APS Code of Conduct. Violations of these standards may disqualify people from future participation.

Choosing DAMOP- designated hotels helps to offset meeting costs by ensuring that the contracted-discount room-block threshold is met. Not meeting the contracted-discount room block revokes the facilities discount applied to DAMOP's cost of meeting space and facilities. Attendees are encouraged to choose the designated hotel.
