Non-Member Registration
The non-member fee is higher for both early and on-site registration. Save on registration fees by joining APS and DAMOP.
Non-members may register online (link coming soon). If you are not yet a member and wish to receive member discounts, you may join APS and DAMOP when you register. Please note that students who are not members of APS or a reciprocal society will be considered a non-member.

Join APS and DAMOP before registering: (1) Wait approximately 2 business days to receive verification of status, (2) register for the DAMOP annual meeting, (3) include payment for both registration and membership. Students who have been approved to join and have registered for the DAMOP annual meeting can immediately print a receipt.
Undergraduate Student Registration
Registration is free for undergraduate students, but not graduate students. Undergraduates who wish to take advantage of free registration must join.

Visa Letter of Invitation
If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the DAMOP annual meeting contact abs-help@aps.org. To avoid delay when requesting a letter please include:

Allow 5-7 business days to receive your letter of invitation for visa application.

Cancellation Policies
Deadline: May 22, 2026
Banquet tickets are non-refundable for both pre-meeting and on-site purchases.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by May 22, 2026. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by May 22, 2026. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after May 23, 2026. Submit all requests to the APS registrar at registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are speaking or presenting. APS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
