The APS Division of Atomic, Molecular & Optical Physics is pleased to announce the exhibit options for the 52nd Annual Meeting of the APS Division of Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics, which will take place entirely virtually from May 31–June 4, 2021.
Exhibit Dates & Times: Tuesday–Thursday, June 1–3, 2021; 12:00pm–3:00pm CDT (Fort Worth time)
Deadline to Apply: Friday, May 7, 2021
There are a number of exhibit options from which exhibiting companies may choose.
Premier Exhibit Booth: $2000Includes Large Exhibitor Logo on meeting website. Ability to virtually connect with attendees one-on-one in a live video chat. Includes 10 exhibitor registrations.
Premier Exhibit Booth & Single Day Workshop Bundle: $4500Includes Large Exhibitor Logo on meeting website. Ability to virtually connect with attendees. Includes 10 exhibitor registrations and a single-day 60-minute workshop where exhibitors can hold a live presentation featuring products and services. Includes an interactive Q&A chat window. Ability to schedule breakouts with attendees. Perfect for product demos! Workshops can be scheduled to occur on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at 12:45 pm CDT to 1:45 pm CDT.
Standard Exhibit Booth: $1000Includes Standard-size Exhibitor Logo on the meeting website. Ability to virtually connect with attendees one-on-one in a live video chat. Includes (5) exhibitor registrations.
