Attendees of any APS in-person or virtual events are expected to meet standards of professional conduct as described in the APS Code of Conduct. Violations of these standards may disqualify people from future participation.

A limited number of exhibitor tables are available at this meeting, and when inventory is limited preference is given to last year’s participants. Each exhibitor table includes two full meeting passes, one skirted table, two chairs, basic internet, signage, and a listing in the meeting app.
