Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City STEP UP Leaders: JOIN OUR TEAM!

Ambassadors: Over the next four years, our Ambassador program will focus on three of the country’s largest school districts: New York City Department of Education, Chicago Public Schools, and Los Angeles Unified School District. Regional Coordinators and Ambassadors will work closely with teacher leaders in their area. They will partner with PhysTEC universities to recruit and introduce hundreds of teachers to STEP UP resources, provide vital feedback to STEP UP program partners, and create community as a cohort. We are seeking four teacher leaders in each region for 2023-24 Ambassador Cohort. Find position details here.

Application Deadline Feb 2, 2023

Advocates: Each region will recruit up to 60 teacher advocates to initiate into the STEP UP curriculum to implement the Careers in Physics and Women in Physics lessons in the 2023-2024 school year. Advocate application opens in March 2023. Join our community to receive information about this and all of our initiatives.
