Attendees of any APS in-person or virtual events are expected to meet standards of professional conduct as described in the APS Code of Conduct. Violations of these standards may disqualify people from future participation.

SCCM23 will be held at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk Hotel:

  • The hotel entrance and lobby are on the 3rd Lobby Level
  • Conference registration is on the 4th Ballroom Level, Sheraton-Chicago Ballroom Promenade. The registration desk will be open Sunday, June 18th 3:00pm-8:00pm and again at 7:00am on Monday
  • The Sunday Early Career and Students Symposium will be on the 4th Ballroom Level, Sheraton-Chicago Ballrooms from 730am-6:00pm
  • The Sunday Welcome Reception will be on the 1st River Level, Riverwalk Waterfront area (weather permitting) from 6:00pm-8:00pm
  • The Monday Session Chair Breakfast (by invitation only) will be on the 2nd Meeting Rooms Level, Superior AB from 6:45am-7:45am
  • Conference Plenary and Parallel Sessions will be on the 4th Ballroom Level, Sheraton-Chicago Ballrooms
  • The Monday Companion Breakfast (companions must be pre-registered) will be on the 3rd Lobby Level, Fountainview Room from 9:30am-10:30am
  • The Monday Juneteenth Lunch (must be pre-registered) will be on the 2nd Meeting Rooms Level, Superior AB from 12:45pm-2:00pm
  • The Monday Poster Session will be on the 1st River Level, Riverwalk A from 5:30pm-7:30pm
