If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the SCCM annual meeting contact abs-help@aps.org. To avoid delay when requesting a letter please include:

Cancellation Policies
Deadline: Saturday, June 17, 2023
Banquet tickets are non-refundable for both pre-meeting and on-site purchases.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by Saturday, June 17, 2023. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by Saturday, June 17 2023. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after Sunday, June 18, 2023. Submit all requests to the APS registrar at registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are speaking or presenting. APS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
