APS DPP Annual Meeting

Attendees of any APS in-person or virtual events are expected to meet standards of professional conduct as described in the APS Code of Conduct. Violations of these standards may disqualify people from future participation.

Registration Fees

As a registrant of the DPP side of the APS DPP and GEC Joint Meeting, there are both in-person and virtual registration options.

All presenters must register to attend, and attendees have access to the full meeting.

Scientists living in less-resourced countries benefit from nearly a 90% discount for virtual registration to minimize the financial barrier to attendance.

Traveling to the United States often requires obtaining a visa. Once you register, APS will send a letter of invitation for a visa application. It is very important to plan far in advance and review:

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by Oct. 19, 2026. All cancellations will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for cancellation. Please email the APS Registration Help Desk with questions.

Banquet tickets are non-refundable for both pre-meeting and on-site purchases.
