We invite you to join the upcoming APS Town Hall with APS President John Doyle, APS Chief Finance and Operating Officer Jane Gould, and APS Chief External Affairs Officer Francis Slakey, which will be taking place during the Annual Meeting of the Division of Plasma Physics.
The Town Hall will be held in person and be live streamed on Thursday, Nov. 20, from 5:30 – 6:30 pm (PST) at the Long Beach Convention Center, Room 104A/B.
This is a valuable opportunity to hear directly from APS leadership and engage in a discussion about the Society’s current initiatives and priorities. The conversation will address challenges facing our community, including funding constraints, limitations on international collaboration, and obstacles to attracting and retaining students and employees on visas.
