Biography:
Raffaella Geometrante is a well-regarded expert in permanent magnet devices, currently serving as Managing Director of Kyma SpA (Italy) and Kyma Tehnologija doo (Slovenia). Under her leadership, the company has advanced the production of specialized devices such as undulators and wigglers, which are critical to synchrotron and Free Electron Laser facilities worldwide.
In addition to her executive roles, Dr. Geometrante co-chairs the Accelerator Science and Technology Industry Permanent Forum (AIPF), a key initiative fostering collaboration between industry and research institutions. Through this role, she actively bridges the gap between scientific innovation and industrial application, driving advancements in accelerator science.
