Student Travel Award

To enable undergraduate students to participate in the Annual Meeting, we offer a limited number of travel awards of up to US$400 each year. Priority is usually given to unsupported undergraduate and graduate students presenting a poster or a contributed paper. Awardees are expected to join the section.

The deadline for travel award applications is the same as the abstract submission deadline.

Nominees for and holders of APS Honors (prizes, awards, and fellowship) and official leadership positions are expected to meet standards of professional conduct and integrity as described in the APS Ethics Guidelines. Violations of these standards may disqualify people from consideration or lead to revocation of honors or removal from office.
