Student Travel Grants

SESAPS is offering a limited number of travel support grants to student members in the geographical region encompassed by SESAPS to attend the annual Fall SESAPS Meeting. 

To be considered eligible, applicants must be:

  • Undergraduate or graduate students who are the first author on research papers in a SESAPS (not SPS) session

  • Members of SESAPS. You may confirm your SESAPS membership here.

The total funds available will be approximately $10,000, with a maximum grant of $500 to a single individual.

Nominees for and holders of APS Honors (prizes, awards, and fellowship) and official leadership positions are expected to meet standards of professional conduct and integrity as described in the APS Ethics Guidelines. Violations of these standards may disqualify people from consideration or lead to revocation of honors or removal from office.
