Below please find important information about the 2022 DAMOP meeting from May 30 – June 3, 2022. Updated information about the meeting will be posted to the DAMOP 2022 Meeting page, which is also linked at the top of the DAMOP homepage, and as future News items on the DAMOP homepage.
We are planning on an in-person meeting in Orlando. For those that cannot attend in person, we are committed to providing presentation and viewing options for remote attendees.
The information below represents our current plans for the meeting, but continuous changes to the pandemic mean that the exact details of the meeting remain to be finalized and our plans might change based on circumstances and constraints that might be placed by our virtual meeting vendor. Our decisions about the meeting are centered on attendee safety as well as having a rewarding scientific program.
- Contributed abstract submission is open until Friday, February 4, 2022.
You can submit abstracts using links found at the DAMOP 2022 Abstract Submission page. Contributed abstracts can be for either oral or poster sessions. More information about these sessions can be found below.
- Oral sessions
You will be able to make an oral presentation whether you attend in person or not. Invited and focus sessions will be live-streamed, and presentations may be given remotely. Contributed sessions will be presented live for in-person attendees. All contributed session presenters will upload a video of their talk to our secure platform, where it will be made available on-demand to all registered participants.
- Poster sessions
Posters will be "live" only for in-person participants. Poster presenters will have the option to upload a five-minute video explanation along with their poster for remote viewing. The posters and videos will be available to all registered participants on demand.
