Texas Christian University is excited to host the Fall 2025 Joint Meeting of the Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma Section of the APS (TAOAPS), Texas Section of the AAPT & Zone 13 of the SPS. The conference will be held Thursday, October 9 – Saturday, October 11, 2025.
Abstract submissions are now open! Abstract submission deadline is September 12. All abstracts will be accepted as long as they follow the submission guidelines, and only one oral abstract and one poster abstract will be accepted per speaker. You will receive your author notice at least one week prior to the meeting.
Registration: Registration is now open and can be accessed through the APS. Early registration deadline: September 18, 2025 and Late registration deadline: October 9, 2025. Registration options and costs can be found here.
Travel grants are available for students. Detailed instructions can be found here. Students will need to fill out a travel grant application and advisors will need to fill out a letter of support.
