Program description

Awards of up to $1,000 are available for DCMP Global Physics Summit attendees who will be presenting a talk in a DCMP-sponsored session. Details of the program, eligibility criteria, and how to apply can be found on the DCMP Travel Award Engage page.

Deadlines

Please note that the deadline for contributed talk abstract submission is October 23, 2025.

Applications for the DCMP Travel Award close on November 3, 2025 (11:59 p.m. ET). All application elements, including support letters, must be completed by the deadline. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that all materials, including supporting letters, are submitted by the application deadline.

NOTE: Attendees may not apply for the DCMP Caregiver Award if they apply for this award.
