Graduate Student Travel Awards

Apply by November 25, 2019 for the 2020 APS March Meeting

The DCMP Graduate Student Travel Awards have been established to assist the professional development and careers of graduate student researchers. We anticipate awarding twenty $500 DCMP Travel Awards to allow graduate student members of DCMP to participate in APS March Meeting sessions. The selection will be based on merit and the committee will consist of members of the DCMP Executive Committee.

On-line applications must be completed by November 25, 2019. Advisors of applicants will be asked to complete a letter of support by December 16, 2019.

Applications will be accepted starting on Monday, October 14, 2019.

Nominees for and holders of APS Honors (prizes, awards, and fellowship) and official leadership positions are expected to meet standards of professional conduct and integrity as described in the APS Ethics Guidelines. Violations of these standards may disqualify people from consideration or lead to revocation of honors or removal from office.
