APS DAP Student/Postdoc Travel Grants
The DAP will offer travel grants to support the attendance of graduate students, advanced undergraduate students, and post-docs at this meeting. The amount of each grant will be up to $500 for travel-related expenses for those students who are members of the DAP and who are presenting talks or posters in DAP-sponsored sessions. DAP students/postdocs presenting talks or posters in co-sponsored sessions are eligible for grants up to $250. If there are insufficient funds to support all applicants, preference will be given to graduate students approaching graduation who are presenting talks or posters in DAP-sponsored sessions and who have not received travel grant support from DAP to an APS meeting in the past. Post-docs will receive travel support only if funds remain after all eligible students have been funded, with priority given to post-docs who are presenting talks in DAP-sponsored sessions and who have not received travel grant support from DAP to an APS meeting in the past.
The deadline for applications is January 31, 2024 (11:59 PM US Pacific Time).
