FECS Global Physics Summit Registration Grant
The FECS Travel Award application for the APS Global Physics Summit opens for submissions on August 31, 2026. The deadline to complete the application is October 25, 2026 by 11:59 p.m. ET.
Program Description:
FECS offers travel grants to support the attendance of early career scientists for the APS Global Physics Summit.
These grants are equivalent to early-bird registration costs for in-person attendance.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be:

Within 10 years of earning their terminal degree, e.g. PhD

A FECS member (free to join for APS members), and

Presenting a talk and/or poster at the APS Global Physics Summit
Application Process:

Applicants are asked to submit a brief description (<100 words) of their need for support to attend the conference and to submit their resume (not to exceed two pages). Applications with a strong need-based justification of the mini grant will be given priority.
