In order to support early-career physicists, FECS will be awarding some Meeting Mini-Grants to cover the cost of registration up to $200, which is the Early Career early registration rate for in-person attendance. In order to receive that low rate, you must register for the meeting by the early registration deadline of May 1st, 2022.

To be considered, applicants must be recent Ph.D. recipients (past 5 years), present a poster or talk at the meeting, and be current members of the APS Forum for Early Career Scientists (free to join, link below). Women, underrepresented minorities, and candidates who can clearly demonstrate a need for funding are especially encouraged to apply. Applications are due May 1st, 2022 11:59 pm EST. Interesting!

Any recommendation to participate as Early professor? I got my PhD more than 5 years ago.

Thanks in advance.
