Take Action: Meet with Congress to Advocate for Science Funding

By Madison Mincevich posted 05-27-2025 16:04

With the Administration’s proposed cuts to science funding threatening our community, meeting with your Senators’ and Representative’s offices is one of the most impactful actions you can take. Nothing beats a face-to-face conversation.

Having an effective in-person or video conversation with a congressional office, either locally or in Washington, D.C., may be easier than you think! Register for our webinar on June 5, 2025 at 12 p.m. ET to learn from policy and advocacy experts about:

  • How to schedule and prepare for a meeting

  • Tactics for effective advocacy on the science budget

  • How to use APS tools and resources to aid and amplify your efforts

We’ll follow the one-hour training with an optional 15 minutes of Q&A.
