APS DPP Annual Meeting

Attendees of any APS in-person or virtual events are expected to meet standards of professional conduct as described in the APS Code of Conduct. Violations of these standards may disqualify people from future participation.


Registration Fees

Online Registration is available to members and nonmembers. Individuals registering online must pay by credit card and can immediately print a confirmation (receipt). Registration Fees do NOT include meals, parking fees, or transportation costs. 

The last day for early registration is Tuesday, September 3 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The higher registration fees start at 12:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 4.

Member Registration

The non-member fee is higher for both early and on-site registration. Save on registration fees by joining APS and DPP.

International Attendee Registration Visa Information

We strongly recommend international attendees review the APS visa information before registering for the annual meeting. To avoid visa-related problems, review the Visa Delays page. For additional information, review the Entering the United States page.

Visa Letter of Invitation

If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the DPP annual meeting contact abs-help@aps.org. To avoid delay when requesting a letter please include:

  • Your name as it appears on your passport

  • Your affiliation and mailing address

  • Your submitted abstract title and co-authors

Allow 5-7 business days to receive your letter of invitation for visa application.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Deadline: Thursday, October 3, 2024

Banquet tickets are non-refundable for both pre-meeting and on-site purchases. 

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by Thursday, October 3, 2024. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by Thursday, October 3, 2024 No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after Friday, October 4, 2024. Submit all requests to the APS Registrar at registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are speaking or presenting.  APS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
