Registration Fees
Online Registration is available to members and nonmembers. Individuals registering online must pay by credit card and can immediately print a confirmation (receipt). Registration Fees do NOT include meals, parking fees, or transportation costs.
The last day for early registration is Monday, September 25 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The higher registration fees start at 12:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 26.
Before you register — join APS or update your membership to guarantee the best registration rate. Attendees traveling from outside the United States should review the guidelines for international travel.

Note: The 2023 registration fees are the same for both in-person and virtual due to the additional cost of a hybrid meeting and providing two-way live streaming, virtual access, and online storage of talks and posters.

Members receive substantial discounts compared to non-members. You can join APS and DPP, renew, or reinstate your membership when you register for the meeting.

The non-member fee is higher for both early and on-site registration. Save on registration fees by joining APS and DPP.

International Attendee Registration Visa Information

Visa Letter of Invitation
If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the DPP annual meeting contact abs-help@aps.org. To avoid delay when requesting a letter please include:

Allow 5-7 business days to receive your letter of invitation for visa application.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Deadline: Thursday, October 26, 2023
Banquet tickets are non-refundable for both pre-meeting and on-site purchases.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by Thursday, October 26, 2023. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by Thursday, October 26, 2023. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after Friday, October 27, 2023. Submit all requests to the APS registrar at registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are speaking or presenting. APS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
