DPP 2020 speaker/session chair platform (Bravura)

Bravura has done two training sessions, one for speakers, one for session chairs.  Those have been recorded and will be made available on this DPP Engage website.  As a speaker, you should enter the speaker platform 45-60 minutes before the beginning of your session.  You should perform a system check, and use the chat feature (bottom right) if you require technical support from the Bravura team.  You should write a speaker profile, with your information, photo, affiliation, and searchable keywords about your presentation.  You can either do your presentation live, and share your screen, or you can upload your content (100 MB for PDFs, 4 GB for videos).  Speakers will be “backstage” before their talk, and can “join by computer”.  Pre-recorded talks can be launched by the presenter when their time-slot begins.  Attendees can only ask questions through the session chair via the Q&A panel, or can engage in a chat that all attendees can see.  Q&A is best for direct questions to the speaker.  Speakers can upload other documents, links, or handouts, viewable by all meeting attendees.  #FeaturedNews
