Dear Colleague,
To provide input to the Nuclear Physics Long-Range Planning process, a workshop will be held to assess the status of Quantum Information Science within Nuclear Physics, and to estimate the resources that are expected to be required during the next 5 or so years. A whitepaper will emerge from this workshop that will be submitted to the Long-Range Planning process, and to the arXiv. The workshop will take place at the Hilton Hotel in Santa Fe on Tuesday January 31 and Wednesday February 1 2023. Both in-person and remote participation for this workshop will be available.
The main website for the workshop can be found at:
https://iqus.uw.edu/events/quantum-information-science-for-nuclear-physics-long-range-planning-2022/
including a tentative agenda, and registration for the workshop can be found via the link on that page, or directly at:

With the significant progress that has been made, we hope that you can participate in this meeting to help shape the next period of QIS-NP research. The workshop is jointly sponsored by Los Alamos National Laboratory and the InQubator for Quantum Simulation, with the New Mexico Consortium handling logistics.
Best Regards
